Product Returns
SwapSmart does not provide refunds or accept returns for any products we sell. If a product you purchased proves to be defective while it is with in the products warranty period it will be replaced with the same product. Many of the products we offer are intended for advanced users and it is your responsibility(as the consumer) to make sure you have fully researched any product you intend to purchase for compatibility prior to purchasing and that you fully understand the installation instructions.
Product Warranty
All products are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects or workman ship unless noted otherwise on the products page. This warranty does not cover any other types of damage. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, shipping or carelessness is not covered by our product warranty.
Before an item may be returned for warranty, it will first require a series of troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue is a fault of the product or if the issue is related to an installation error/program setting. If remote troubleshooting steps are unable to resolve your issue, then the product will need to be returned to swapsmart for further analysis. If an item proves to be defective and the product is still under warranty it will be be replaced with the same type of item that was initially purchase.
Any wring related product that is sold or provided by Swap Smart will only carry a warranty against defects in workmanship. Swap Smart will not be held liable for any damage related to wiring products we provide or sell regardless of the cause. Melted connectors, damaged terminals, pulled out wires etc. are not covered by this warranty. Wiring products sold or provided by Swap Smart should never be cleaned or exposed to any solvent based cleaners, these type of chemicals may damage the wiring color and or any printed text or labeling attached to the wiring.
