International Shipping Requests

If you live outside the US and would like to place an order for items that are shown as being in stock, please use our contact form found at the top of our website. Please list the item or items you would like to purchase as well as your full shipping address. We will typically respond with in 1 to 3 business days to discuss shipping options with you.

 

Swap Smart Shipping Policy's 

We may choose to ship your order in multiple packages or if you are purchasing multiple items we may choose to combine your items into a single package.  All packages valued at $100.00 or less are insured by USPS or UPS depending on how the package was shipped, when the value of any package exceeds $100.00 it will be insured by Shipsurance, the additional cost of this insurance has been included in the cost of shipping that is shown when making a purchase. No additional fee for insurance will be added. 

Any delivery dates/times show are merely estimates and are not a guarantee that your package will arrive by a specific date. If a packaged does not arrive by the date it was expected you should continue to monitor your packages progress using the tracking number you will have been provided when your package was shipped.

A claim for a lost package can not be filed until the carrier being used has declared that the package has been lost. In the event your package is lost, any item(s) that was in the lost package will be replaced at no charge to you.  No returns or refunds will be given(or offered) in the event a package is lost. 

Shipping insurance will only protects your package while it is in the possession of the delivery carrier, once a package has been delivered it is your responsibility to ensure that it was left in a safe location.  If you are concerned your package may be stolen after it has been delivered, then you should make arrangements with your local carrier to deal with this situation or consider having your order shipped to a more secure address. SwapSmart is not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen/missing once the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier. 

In situations where a product needs to be returned for warranty consideration you will be required to pay any return cost for shipping. If an item proves to be defective, a new or refurbished unit will be shipped to you free of charge. If a product is returned for warranty consideration and is not found to have a manufacturing defect, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Prior to returning a product for warranty consideration you must contact us first so we can attempt to trouble shoot your issue.
